Prima di andare a letto, separate una piccola e sottile ciocca di capelli con il pettine a spiedino, avvolgetela intorno alle forcine, quindi utilizzate l'elastico per tenerla in posizione, senza bisogno di calore. La mattina dopo avrete dei bellissimi ricci e non vi sentirete a disagio durante il sonno.
