Return for Faulty Products We carefully inspect every product for correct style, sizes, colors, and defects before it leaves us, but if you find something is faulty or not as described, please send an email immediately to [email protected] so that we can make arrangements for your parcel to be returned for free.
Return for Unused Product We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but if not, simply return the item unused and in its original unopened packaging within 7 days for a full refund. Silk sheet sets that has been opened and refolded, we will charge a restocking fee of 9%. You are responsible for return postage costs and we suggest you use Recorded Delivery and/or Proof of Posting. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. Return for Unwanted Products The product is in good condition, but you just want to return it without any reasons. Or this applies to mistakes made by you in regards to measurements, colors, pillow sizes, and item descriptions. There will be a restocking fee of $30 per item.
Products Can Not Be Returned Online merchandise that cannot be returned: Special custom order, Outlet items. Order Cancellation If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. All our products are in stock and will be dispatched very soon after receiving the payment. That is why most of our customer can get the products within 2 working days. If the order has not been shipped out yet or has not been produced, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped, please see the Return For Unused Products.
