How can I place an order on your website?

Follow these simple steps to place your order on our website:

1. Register an Account

Register an account with us on our website with your email address at https://www.lilysilk.com/page/login. Note that there are two sets of textboxes on the page and the second set is used for registration:

Once registration is done, login with the email you just registered on the same page:



In the case that you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot your password” link on the right of the Login button will prompt our system to send a link to the email you registered with so that you can reset your password.

3. Shop for the Product You Want

Go to the product page of the item you were interested in. On the right side of the product page, you should see a button that reads “Add to basket”, along with the sub-items, the dimensions, the colors and price/discount of that particular product.


4. Add Product to Basket

Pick out the desired color, size and choose the correct number of each of the sub-items in the product, check the price to see if this is within your budget. This is what you will be paying at checkout, no taxes, no duties, no shipping cost, then click on the “Add to basket” button (as shown in the picture in the previous question).

5. Confirm Product Addition to Basket

Now the correct item should appear in your shopping basket/cart on the top right corner of your screen. You can click on “Continue shopping” to return to the product page, or on “View your basket” to proceed to review your orders.

6. Review your Order

Once you are finished with shopping and wish to pay for the merchandises you have picked up in your basket, you can click on “View your Basket” or the "Shopping Cart" link at the top right corner of the webpage to access your shopping basket. You can now review your order.


7. Remove Product, Apply Coupon and Add Customer Messages

There are a few things you can do on this page:

If you have changed your mind on some of the items and wish to remove them from the basket, you can do so by clicking on the “remove” link on the right side as shown in the picture in the previous step.


If you have received a coupon code from us in our newsletter, you can put them in the box that says “Voucher Code” and click on the “APPLY” button to apply your code to your purchase.

If you have some custom requests such as packaging instructions, callback requests, special sizing, special shipping instructions, etc., you can leave them in the “Leave a message” textbox (where “asdf” is written)

If there are no other problems and you would like to continue on with payment, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button to *drumroll* proceed to checkout!

8. Final Review of Your Order

On the next screen you will be able to make sure if the shipping and billing addresses you provided when you registered your account are the ones you wish to use for this particular purchase. You will also be able to check the items in the order, your customer message, and the total cost of the purchase. After making sure everything is in order, you can now click on the “Go to checkout” button to continue.

9. Complete Your Payment on Paypal.com

You will now be on Paypal.com, and you should be able to continue to finish up with the rest of the payment process on your own.
