If you’re not 100% in love during 100-Night Adjustment Period, returns are easy. Contact us to initiate your return within your trial.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. SHARING THE LOVE
LILYSILK never resells used items, your returned pillowcase will be donated to a charity of our choice. Original proof of purchase will be required, our 100 night trial is strictly limited to one return per household.

I had read that silk pillow cases were the best way to wake up without the knots in your hair.
I'm not a person to spend a lot of money on things but this is well worth the purchase. I wake up with hair that is smoother and tangle free. This is a high quality pillowcase for the price.
If you are health/beauty conscious I would suggest this pillowcase.

How to Initiate a Return

PRINT RETURN LABEL
REFUND THE ITEM(S)

Sign in to your LILYSILK account to find “My RMA” or Click ‘START A RETURN' directly.
2.
Click “Request New Return” and choose the order to initiate a return.
3.
Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, condition, resolution, and submit.
4.
Print the return label* and securely tape it on the outside of your return package and enclose your RMA in your return package.
5.
Arrange your return package with your local post office and we will process your returns as soon as we recieved the return.

Please note that the pre-paid return label is only offered to 1st return on orders shipped in USA. For all other returns, customers need to pay for the cost of shipment.
