Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) Regulations

Please be aware of the following policies before initiating an RMA request:

Make sure you have already received the package before starting the return process. If you need to cancel or modify an order, or have encountered any issues receiving your parcel,please email us at [email protected].

We have a 14-day return window for most items. Returned items must be unwashed, unused,and in good condition.Each order and item can only be returned or exchanged once.

We’re pleased to offer free prepaid return labels for orders shipping from a US address, based on your membership tier:
  • Sprout and Bulbil Tier Customers: Enjoy a prepaid return label for your first return.
  • LILY and Petal Tier Customers: Receive a prepaid return label for each return or exchange.
  • Registered Customers: Qualify for a prepaid return label when making an exchange.
Please note: Customers outside the US will be responsible for return postage if they want to return or exchange their items. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Items sold at clearance price
  • Silk underwear
  • Customized or monogrammed items
  • Disposable non-returnable tags have been removed, broken or damaged, etc.
